Could anyone recommend a laptop for a good price with these specs?
- i3 processor
- 8GB RAM
- 1TB hard

So far the best deal I've found is one for £399!
Thanks in advance

Would you mind linking the one you've found, I've got pretty much the same budget for a laptop for my Dad but I'm struggling to find anything with 1080p resolution, a small SSD and a quad core.

I think that will be the best you will find with 8GB RAM, drop it to 4GB and you can have it for £290 - Lenovo IdeaPad 320 14ISK

It's the Quad core part you will struggle with for £400. Most are either dual core dual threaded i3s with a few dual core dual threaded i5's.

Best I have found so far is £399 for an i5 7200u, 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD with a full HD display - Lenovo IdeaPad 320 14IKBN

The one I originally found was the Lenovo ideapad 305, everywhere I've seen it sell it for around £398 - £420.
I've decided I'm going to go down to 4gb RAM and get a different one I've seen for £289. :)

Yeah I think I've seen the one you've mentioned, it's what I'll likely go with if nothing else appears tomorrow.

For £389 mine is being delivered on Saturday. It's the Christmas present for my niece from myself and her grandma (my mum).

The reason I'm buying a new one is because the one I currently use has to be left at home when I go to university. I currently use some old acer lol, it has an i3 processor, 4gb RAM and 750GB hdd. It does everything I need, I basically just play sims 4 and use adobe illustrator on top of all the usual things laptops are used for. Does anyone know if it will be able to decently run photoshop? The one I'm thinking of has the same specs but an extra 250GB hard drive memory.

Well the 320 isnt Full HD, just HD. That's being returned this afternoon and gonna try and get the HP for £399.
