Intense dreams leaving you with strong feelings

Sounds like an interesting dream. I had a similar sort of one last night..

Randomly bumped into Jennifer Anniston in a car park in my hometown, one thing lead to another and I ended up having an affair with her for what was apparently months in the dream.
Until she told me she was leaving to go back to America and I had to go back to having one woman again, sigh...


Weird thing is, I've never been a massive fan of Jennifer Anniston physically, I always preferred Courtney Cox when Friends was on TV.
But I woke up this morning and was absolutely besotted with her, but the feeling had worn off by about lunch, along with the erection...
 
Only time I’ve had lucid dreams is when I’ve taken phenibut that day, Russians are lucky having this stuff on prescription.

Besotted is exactly the word for it and it's this feeling I'm trying to understand. How incredible the human mind must be if it can make you feel absolutely in love with a dream character. The feeling is really strong for a certain period of time and it's quite odd and almost disconcerting, because for a little while I was more in love with this dream character than my wife.

I think I might investigate this further, as if we could tap into it, it would be absolutely incredible.

Time to go back to school to study chemistry and psychology.
