So my requirements for a phone is at odds with what reviewers want in phones and hence what manufacturers are doing.

I need a thick bezel, thin bezel means accidentally touching screen when holding phone.
Need a removable battery.
Need a non glass/metal back, plastic/leather for the win. Glass is a fingerprint magnet.
Bezel should be raised at edges.
SDCard slot.
Sim and sdcard slot not to be the horrible tray system, have it like how older samsung phones worked like the s5.
Speaker at bottom or front.
At least 4 gig of ram, ideally 6.
64gig of storage or more.
Standard 4 core design, not the small/big core weirdness.
Auto redial feature on phone for engaged numbers, that also preserves speakerphone toggle if speakerphone is on.
Contact picture full size during call, not a tiny circle.
USB-C
OLED with proper viewing angles (not the newer cheaper OLED used since S7).
Flat back
Non curved edges
Thickness same as Galaxy Ace. (thinner a phone is, the harder it is to pick up and hold).

he's definitely being difficult or doesn't understand why phones have half of the features he doesn't want.

for example the "Standard 4 core design, not the small/big core weirdness." the reason why they have this is to save power. so he wants a phone that saps power constantly?? terrible thing to ask for.

how often do you remove these? once a year if even that. they have the tray to keep them sealed so they are waterproof and dust proof. so you don't want a more robust better built phone?
 
To answer your question OP, no, I don't believe there is such a phone. I think you are probably going to have to either compromise, or design and build your own. Good luck with that.

half the list makes utterly no sense, and I wish this was possible. Be so nice if you could get a quote from a Chinese manufacturer.

These are all what would make a great phone for me.

But you may notice what I want is almost the polar opposite to where modern phones are going with curved edges, thin designs, minimal bezel, non removable batteries and so forth. Basically i dont like the trend which is to make phones look stylish instead of them been functional.

Also to add everything I listed has been on phone's at some point, none require innovation or research, just a change of direction from design departments.
 
If you removed the bezel, material, and thickness requirements with a view to using a case, you'd cut that list in half and get better responses.
 
LG V20 is closest I can think of but no OLED no raised bezels
