Broke my E10’s so time for an upgrade

Loved my SoundMagic E10’s which lasted me years, they’ve finally succumbed to my daily abuse and seeing as I’m wearing earphones almost all day I figured its time I treated myself to a higher quality product.

Used for commuting in London and office so isolation and minimal bleeding are important factors, must also include microphone (volume/track controls would be nice to have but not essential). Worn down is preferred but over-ear would be fine, not using for any gym or sport.

Normally plugged directly into my Sony Z5c or iPad Air, listening to mostly metal/rock I want to hear the guitars sing and feel those bass notes and drum kicks. Would like to keep the price around £100 but happy to stretch that if the improvement is ‘worth’.

From scanning the forums the following have caught my eye, though they were recommended for uses different than my own: Shure SE215M, Fidue A73, 1MORE Triple Driver, SoundMagic E80C, FiiO F9.

Any and all advice welcome! Many thanks :)

FiiO F9 has a flatter frequency response (reference) while the Fidue A73 and 1MORE Triple have slightly more V shaped curves (fun) - those are the 3 best of your list by far
