They should send the idiot the bill for the call out.
The fire brigade should at least get any revenue from Youtube ads at least up until their costs are covered.
It's more than the money, though. Resources used to rescue attention-seeking idiots like this aren't being used to help other people, so it endangers other people.

Yeah they should,such a waste of firefighters & ambulance time when they could have been somewhere else,Same when people get blind drunk and end up in hospital,Should hit em with a HUGE bill.

I'm frustrated that there's no after picture. I want to see what concrete head looks like.
This. Cant believe how the media just gives away free advertisement campaigns worth millions of pounds.
Same thing when they advertised Top 20 torrent sites on BBC. That sort of advertising must be worth thousands if not millions of pounds.
Same thing with how mass media is currently running advertising campaigns for select hardcore pornography websites and VPNs to children.
