My PSU as failed, so I need a new one. PC Spec is as follows.

Intel 4690k @ 4.4 GHz
Zotac GTX 1080 Ti
1 x SSD
3 x HDD
1 x Corsair H80i v2 AIO

I am looking to spend around £100 please.

550W is fine for that setup.

Also it needs to be a good 550W PSU as above, not a nasty cheap one that cannot output its rated wattage/amps, thus thats why some manufactures play safe and suggest a slightly higher wattage PSU to account for the junk PSUs on the market.

PSU has arrived. There are two PCI-E cables both with a dual connection. Should I use two cables for my 1080Ti or can I just use one cable and both connections?

Eithers fine, but two cables going to the two sockets looks nicer if you can get them to sit and bend the same.
