Total: £415.47 (includes shipping: £12.60)
550W is fine for that setup.
Also it needs to be a good 550W PSU as above, not a nasty cheap one that cannot output its rated wattage/amps, thus thats why some manufactures play safe and suggest a slightly higher wattage PSU to account for the junk PSUs on the market.

I would get seasonic 650w for £10 more than the 550w.

Seasonic built with a 7 year warranty based on the Focus Gold although this unit is only semi modular. There is also an Antec rep on the forum (Ace Modder) should you have any issues.
