Best Looking Car of All Time

All this thread really proves is that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder.

Of all the breathtaking vehicles ever penned and people are suggesting things like the Impreza and various Lancer Evolutions..... your brain must not be seeing what my brain is seeing :p
 
If it's an E Type then it has to be the V12 - The original looks silly on narrow wheels.

For me any 40's or 50's American cars - The bigger the better.
 
I do love the MK1 Polo / Audi 50. :)

My comment was a bit tongue in cheek. My first car was a Polo 9N and it holds a special place in my heart. Good old Slowlo. :(

I guess it depends on wether or not you're assigning value to the engineering heritage of the vehicle, the impreza/scooby might not be objectively pretty cars but if you're factoring in their legacy and what that means to you then it makes sense.

Of course this was always going to be a totally subjective thread, some people like the rugged form defined by function look and others like the screw the function we want art on wheels look.
