I remember a Christmas where I'd asked for an original Gameboy, I really wanted a MegaDrive but I was told it was too much money. I got a MegaDrive with two controllers, Streets of Rage, Golden Axe and Sonic. An amazing day.

Years and years before that, when He-Man was a thing (I know, I'm old). I remember getting about 50 He-Man figures of various types, it was figure after figure. Probably two of my best Christmas' ever.

Would have to say either when i got my SNES (with SF2 ) or earlier than that when i got my ZX Spectrum +2 with The Living Daylights pack. Was so happy to get them both as gifts as i knew my mum didn't have much money when i was younger and wasn't expecting to get either of them.

Probably 2003 for me when I got a ps2 and GTA vice city. I remember spending all summer making a decision between a GameCube, Xbox or PS2, and waking up at 4am on the day as I was so excited!

I was always told the presents I wanted were too expensive, but they’d invariably turn up on Christmas Day.

Will always remember playing for around 5 hours only to have a power cut!

Growing up Santa was always very good to me and my sister. Every year was great, but the year I got the N64 will always stick in my mind.

I think it was on boxing day we took the trip to Gameplay to go spend some of my Xmas money and ended up getting Diddy Kong racing!
