I recommend a Note 8 the pen that comes with it is great..Looking to get an uncle a nice pen for Xmas. Other than Mont Blanc and Montegrappa, what other nice pens are out there?
What about a good old Parker pen? They were all the rage when I was at school.
lol does anyone remember the Penelli pen set? I always found that advert hilarious as a kid, it was just absurdNearly most of the folk who use pens I know go for a Mont Blanc, however personally I prefer Dunhill pens. If you can get to Bicester village the Dunhill shop there does them for <£100
People are right though, ballpoints have pretty generic refills so you are paying the price for the name and quality of the body. The best ‘biro’ I own to write with is a Space pen that writes upside down, underwater and on any surface. It does so because of its special refills rather than the pen body being anything special.

I bought a rather nice Space Pen a few years ago and it was great up until when the ink ran out. Every refill I bought afterwards went blotchy very quickly. The best ‘biro’ I own to write with is a Space pen that writes upside down, underwater and on any surface.
