Things you've noticed as you're getting older?

45 here....

Penis the size of a press stud in the cold.
Cannot finish urinating.
Balls like a wall nut.
Eye sight going.
Libido going.
99% of people do my head in.
Too many cars on the road.
Life is boring.
The internet has become boring.
Games are getting all the same and boring.

Now were did I put that rope.... :p

41 here and the only real differences are that I get horrific and brutal hangovers now and I often bang bits of myself into things (elbows especially) and regularly knock things over.

Another thing I’m noticing lately is having to go for a slash 3 or 4 times a night.

I'm almost sure that's something to seek medical advice about. I recall an advertising campaign from the NHS on the sides of buses about how it's not just an unavoidable part of aging and should be checked out because there are multiple possible causes.

No fear mongering but can be a sign of prostate cancer.

I'm 35 and occasionally get up once a night for a wee..

3-4 times seems a lot unless you are drinking heavily or very old.

Not wishing to turn this into a medical thread but please get yourself checked out. My father was the same getting up to pee multiple times at night. My step mum pestered him to goto the docs and even secretly booked an appointment for him otherwise he wouldn't have done it.

Turned out to be early stage prostate cancer. Biopsy on Christmas eve 2011. Confirmation it was cancer on 20th Jan (my birthday) and in surgery on 20th Feb 2012. 4 years officially clear now, nearly 5.

For the sake of a little embarrassment and a freebie bum diddle by your GP get checked. Its highly treatable and can occur in men of all ages.

Better to let the Doc go digging than the grave digger....

Sorry to be blunt

Things I've noticed as I'm getting older? Let's see...

You're all growing hair in your ears.

You're all stinking more.

You all drink like girls.

You all suck at Sundays.

Your libido is going.

You're all going blind.

You're all getting fat.

You're all getting lethargic.

All I can come up with now.

TV is pure garbage (BBC, ITV etc). Thank God for Netflix.

People behave like sheep. No individualism. Everyone takes interest in the same crap..Strictly Come Dancing, Facebook, Football.

My 82-year-old neighbour did Schiehallion with me in August. Was a fine day and he made light work of the arduous nasty boulder strewn field near the top of the mountain.

He’s 82 going on 30.

Only 59, had a couple of mild strokes, 2 DVT's, severe arthritis and a few other crappy things and am now housebound.

On the bright side, I have lived in several countries and still work a bit (though not that often), can keep playing games on the pc and still happily married to the same woman for almost 38 years now.

Bit of a mix bag these days but I am still here so.... :)

40, still feel in my twenties apart from suffering from plantar fasciitis. Loads of energy, i have to working in a busy kitchen, on my feet all day, 14 hours a day a few days a week. Time has been gentle on my looks, although, i'm thinning on top a bit now, no greys yet and stil occasionally get ID'd for beer at the supermarket, take it as a compliment these days :D

I'm 32 and over the last few years I've noticed a few things...

1) Kids bug me.
2) People that buy cars without indicators should be shot on the spot.
3) Jeremy Kyle irritates me (Not the show, just the people that are on it... Do these people actually exist and are they really allowed to procreate?)
4) I've become less tolerant to beer :(
5) I've become more tolerant to Spirits :D
6) My metabolism has definitely slowed down.
7) Going to bed at 8pm is the best thing ever!
8) Staying in bed until 7.30am is AWESOME!
9) Falling off my mountain bike hurts a lot more than it used to...

I could continue this list but I could be here for days... I'm also pretty sure 7 & 8 has only really happened since my daughter was born, could be coincidence?

The difference between what I was like at 40 and what am now like at almost 48 is huge...
