moaning about not receiving your item

well im on the same boat but im not blaming overclockers im blaming dpd , called dpd customer service who are trying to blame overclockers even known fine well the item is in the local depo and they are still trying to blame the sender , the item has been in the depo since friday morning and ive still not received it , again thats not overclockers fault even known they are trying to blame overclockers , im sorry but people on here trying to blame overclockers aswell im sorry it isn't there fault they do there part, pack the orders and get them ready for pick up , its dpd who can't be bothered doing the service which is asked of them which is not overclockers fault rant over , im sorry people expect delays especially at this time of year its not the companys fault its the delivery services who should know its going to be busy and employ temporary christmas staff to solve the issue

Post complaint to dpd?
waste of time buddy tried all they routes just fobbing me off everytime even when got a managers call back it was as if they didn't give a monkeys , also on here given a good company a bad name cause didn't get there product im sorry its more to just the company there is other factors which they probably don't think about
 
I got flamed for posting a annoyed post for not receiving the service I paid for and was told “what are you trying to achieve with this post”. May I ask what your trying to achieve by aiming this at me and another forum user?

Maybe we all need to just accept that whoever’s fault it is now, nowadays you can’t expect to pay for the service and actually recieve what you pay for and just accept it?

Dpd state they haven’t recieved the parcel from OCuK yet for two customers now.. and at the moment me and another in the previous thread only only have that to go on. So yes we will be annoyed and yes as it stands it’s coming across as OCuKs fault until they put their side across and we can then collate all the facts and get it sorted. But as stated they have always rectified things with ease.

So I dispute the fact you tried to point out we “known fine well the item is in the local depo” as we don’t and it’s (according to dpd) still at ocuk warehouse.

It’s happened before and OCuk are quick to resolve it and it’s easy to resolve in all fairness.

No one has slated the company and if you read the actual post we point out that we understand these things happen and it’s understandable they can’t do anything at this time of year in particular.
 
Dpd are crap, but you have to bare with the time of year, having worked for them and other couriers, it’s not possible to deliver every in time and my time at these places was during the year not Christmas weekend, but if it’s local depo I’m sure you could’ve arranged to collect.
 
I’ve mainly had a good experience with DPD. Even the little tracker where you can see the van on the map and how many drops before yours.

I’ve always had great customer service with ocuk too.... that’s why I still use them over other sites.
 
Let’s all enjoy Christmas and our parcels will arrive soon... and I’ll be more disappointed if there is no haribo in my box :D

I got my order Friday from OCUK my little one was waiting in anticipation for me to open the box to get the haribo..... NONE IN THERE :(

That was it then, Upset little man until i bought him a pack up the shop
 
Unbelievable service there! That’s the biggest issue here!! ;)

Merry Christmas all. And merry Christmas to all the OCuK staff, working in retail is never fun over this time of year :cool:
