Nintendo Switch won’t turn on

Hi’

Bought my brother a brand new Nintendo switch from amazon, he was playing with it for roughly 2 hours with Zelda on the tv!! And all off a sudden it switched it self off and the screen went black. I took the switch out of the holder and it was extremely warm. I have now tried everything possible and it will just not turn on.

Any options ?
 
Battery dead/faulty charger? Try plugging the handheld part directly into the wall bypassing the stand. When the battery went on mine once I was convinced it was dead as there was no indication what was wrong and it took ages to come back on after a charge.

I did had it on charge for around 20 mins and nothing came back on.

Try Pressing the POWER button + Volume Up + Volume down at the same time if that fails get a replacement from amazon, nintendo support are bit of joke when fixing things

I’ve phoned amazon up and there issuing me with a full refund has there sold out on there store. Picking one up at 4 from Argos
