TUF Z370-Plus Gaming Intel Z370 ram recommended

Haven't done a custom build in many years and planning on doing one for the new year looking at tuf Z370 plus gaming board with i5 8600k to be over clocked could anyone recommend DDR4 16 gig ram i"m not up on the timings & Cas thing ? Looking to spend around 200 on ram.

Should work fine but the only gaurantee of compatabilty is on the motherboard manufactureres website.

As Micky says check the manufactures website. go to the website for the motherboard, under the support tab (or similar description) there'll be a qvl. Look through that to be sure the ram is supported.
