Instruction book says the W_Pump+ default speed is "Full speed" and not "Q-fan Controlled" - does that mean it's fixed at full speed all the time (for a EK D5 pump) and not adjustable ? thanks...
I'd assume it just means if it's left on default settings it will run at full speed. There should be an option in the bios to either leave as default, set as pwm and/or voltage
Q Fan from the desktop will probably offer the same options.

Q-Fan and water pump control by PWM. Can do it in the BIOS also, it’s referred to as water pump or AIO I think - default is ‘disabled’ which means not controlled... I.e full speed. Change to PWM and assign values to temps or a fixed low % most likely around 35-40%.
