I am looking to replace my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) with a similar sized Lenovo but am not sure which way to go. I need it to watch watch films whilst in hospital for the few days I need to spend there on occasion. I like gaming, solitaire, connect three and the like.
So far have looked at the Lenovo Tab 4 Plus and the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus.

Anyone any thoughts?

I owned a Tab 4 Plus for about a week or so and ended up returning it mainly as I wasn't too happy. Hardware wise it was fine, it was Lenovo's Android implementation that felt wonky.

There's a thread for this very tablet somewhere on this forum that has good information on the tablet. My real main issue was finger flick scrolling as you do on touch screens felt very slow and wrong. I couldn't see a way to resolve this and trying to adapt to it was tough going - and then the Pixel C went on sale so I bought that and returned the Lenovo.

Thanks mate, will see if I can track the thread down.

The Samsung Tab S2 8" is on offer at various places for £229. Check thread on HUKD.

Prefer a 10.1 and looking to move away from Samsung thanks.

Bought the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus after doing a Price Match with on AO with Argos who do not have any at my local store.

Looking at those specs, they look rock solid. I always love a high res screen and large battery combo.
