Stop the press... **** just got real...

Digestives, ew.

Although I empathise with the notion of taking away our biscuits

Meh, digestives are overrated. When it's chocolate Hobnobs post again and I will go full keyboard warrior.

Shrinkflation began with the financial crisis, not Brexit. It's how we're papering over the getting poorer thing.

But think of the health benefits, because everyone knows the only proper serving for biscuits is 'a packet'. McVities are doing us all a favour, honest. We should be grateful. Doesn't bother me though because I shrank my spending long before they shrank their packet. Own brand all the way, because they taste worse and therefore I don't eat as many.

Ok, I eat just as many, but I eat them slower and with a grimace that's partly down to disappointment, not entirely self-loathing any more. :-)

Just an excuse to charge the same for less.

No-one buys Mcvities as a value item anyway, can just buy the supermarket own brand which tastes exactly the same.

I think the big packets were too big and the small packets were too small anyway, so not too fussed. Sadly it's just another way to squeeze more money out of the people

Don't be a moron and pay the same price for the smaller packet when they're on the shelves then, although that way of thinking seems lost on many and some of them are so far gone they'll not even notice the shrinkage.

Crumbs... Is nothing sacred..? Where will it end? It'll be HobNobs next! Damn you Brexiteers, damn you all to hell...;):):):)
