Will Dark Rock Pro 3 fit on ASUS Z370 Prime A board with room for Ram and Pice slot?

Hello,
Will Dark Rock Pro 3 fit on ASUS Z370 Prime A board with room for Ram?

Will thre be room for the PCIE slots as I have heard that fan can sometimes cover up these slots?
 
Im aware it will fit the board, but there have known issues of fitting in the DDR4 ram or using the pcie slots as these are mostly covered up by the fan?

Most boards have two sticks in the 2nd and 4th slot. Fan can be moved up in height to cover the likes of the extreme tall Corsair dominators, standard ram or ram with slightly tall heatspreader should fit with little fan movement .
If you've got all 4 ram sticks , 1st slot needs to be low profile as it sits underneath the heatsink
