What are my rights if i cant get signal indoors in my area ?

Im with EE and the signal is poor in my area and some times drops to no signal.

ive spoken to them a few time and what they have told me is use wifi calling nothing else they can do.

Pay £40 a month to use wifi calling

I would say your rights are absolutely nothing I'm afraid. If you were concerned about the strength at your house then I would recommend buying a PAYG sim to test it in future.

I was originally with orange who had great signal but EE has been getting worse, I only have a few months left but the signal drops at home and in my area so i wanted to know what i could do.

Are you currently in contract with them? Ask them for a signal booster - they can provide ones that use your broadband.
Yes im in contact I still have 2-3 months left.
The problem is a booster and wifi calling will sort the issues at my house withing the wifi area but not outside.

Ring them, ask to speak to a customer services manager. Don't let them give you any excuses, and then politely explain the issue. Point out that your renewal is due soon, and that if it isn't sorted, they'll be losing out on at least another years worth of bills.

Thanks ill give them another call.

Have you reported it? It happened here, was a dodgy signal repeater / mast jobby. Took them ages to fix it. Went from half signal 4g to only getting 3g/edge by the front window .

I reported the issue multiple times over the last 20 months, originally they said it the its a mass issue but since they have been telling me everything in the mass looks OK,

one rep did let slip they have gradually been reducing the number of masses since t-mobile and orange became EE, so a mass further away must be used now instead which is likely the reason the signal in my area has changed.

we were having problems in our area, my missus kept ringing up and complaining every time they refunded the line rental for that month, this went on for around 18 months before we moved to another carrier.
We realised that EE were just fobbing us off.

Weirdly I experienced similar to you as well, in that a move from Orange to EE seemed to coincide with a drop in signal performance.
