That’s all well and good, if you like that sort of thing, but it’s not necessarily useful in the realm of politics.Agreed, he gets under the skin of the permanently offended brigade.

Agreed. I don't agree with his particular views there on abortion, but he did say those were his and his alone and he would never force them on anyone else, or the nation as a whole. To be fair he has a pretty backward view on abortion but has said he would not push his views on anyone else - given the grief the last Lib Dem leader (cant remember his name) got for views on Gay marriage I think this is exactly the line he should have taken instead of pretending to support it when he didnt
How would he vote though that is the question? Would he represent his constituents or take the whip from God again? I can't believe so many people like him but then I can't believe so many average people vote Tory a bit like turkeys and Christmas! As a conservative, Mogg gets my approval. Hard to believe he could do a worse job than Theresa May.

Fair question, i don't know. I'd like to think he would represent his constituents. How would he vote though that is the question? Would he represent his constituents or take the whip from God again? And what is the will of the British people (TM)?
As I'm sure you know, number 1 on the list - leave the EU. (or as some like to say, hard Brexit Lol)And what is the will of the British people (TM)?
Do you have any evidence to back that up?That is the will of a diminishing portion of the people at least.
Do you have any evidence to back that up?
The polls I've seen, since the referendum, show the opposite with more people now wanting us to respect the will of the majority and get on with it.Only polls. Was so marginal in the first place its unlikely the continuing doom wouldn't persuade people it was a bad choice.
Well, all you can go on is the 17,410,742 that voted to leave which is the majority. Who knows how the other 12.9 would've voted.Well 16,141,241 people voted not to leave and 12.9 million didn't vote so I'd hardly call it the will of the British people.
Okay, I'll accept that and what i meant to say. (edits previous post)Though its the will of a tiny majority, its not the "will of the people".
Yes, that phrase really gets my goat.Though its the will of a tiny majority, its not the "will of the people".
Doom? What doom?Only polls. Was so marginal in the first place its unlikely the continuing doom wouldn't persuade people it was a bad choice.
Well I guess you are in the minority!Yes, that phrase really gets my goat.
Doom? What doom?
Lol you believe the twaddle being spouted by the lines of clegg & co?
Look the sky never fell, it's not going to no matter what they say the EU are wising up to the fact a bad deal for us means a bad deal for them.
