Restoring a B&W photo in Photoshop add image

Hi, anyone point in some direction of how to best repair this image. As you can see we also need the gentleman adding into the photo as well.

Not really sure how to go about it.

Perhaps there are some really good photoshop users on here who could educate me.

When you are skilled at PS like me its easy to do, here you go.

Opps had to remove the image as I have done a second one using the same file name.

Probably just have to work away at it. Remove the creases etc. Clone stamp tool etc maybe play with levels. Once the pixels are erased there is no way to magically bring them back. You could spend hours to do it well or do a hack job in 10-15mins.

I’ve done more complex photoshopping at work before, but it took a day (and over 10-years experience).

As @jsmoke says, time and patience are the key to doing a decent job.

Its because hes run out of bandwidth, those that can still see it have it stored in their cache.

Clear your cache and you get the badwidth sign.

This. I can't see @garsands' dropbox images in Safari (desktop or mobile) but it does work in Chrome. Better just to use Imgur.
