Soften the pupils on the eyes in the transplanted face. They are too dark and too uniform.

From the way the photo is torn, it looks like the man with the walking stick was deliberately torn out!

Clone Stamp + 3 hours + practice

Especially adding the other gentleman.

Position the new image, the re-create the new torn edge border around him.

Because they were different colours, you desaturate, or turn black and white, both images then apply a colour tint to the whole image so both photos match in colour.
