The advantage is there is a nice warm shop to hide in, were also going to try and put up a canopy outside for people to stand under in case of rain, I also believe we have a few umbrellas that people can use/have should it be raining, which being UK is always highly likely, but fingers crossed for a sunny warm day. :)
 
I too can bring a half decent sized gazebo that could probably have a table underneath it with some products on display ?

@Ace Modder - How are you planning to present/display the Antec stuff? Are you bringing any covering?
 
I have a massive gazebo I could bring - but its a ballache to get up - so if somebody wants to help me with it... i can bring it. It is 6 meters long and 3meters wide.

I’ve had a brief chat with the M.D. tonight and whilst in principle he has no issue with me bringing the truck, he’s going to look into insurance first - it’s a commercial vehicle that’s insured for hire or reward use, this meet is pleasure therefore there might be an issue.

I’ll discuss it further with him tomorrow / when our paths next cross for an answer. :)
 
Technically thats legal until the point at which your blood alcohol content passes the legal limit, as long as you arent deemed to be driving without due care becauae you have a bottle in in one hand. :p
 
A mate of mine got prosecuted for driving without due care for drinking from a bottle sat in a traffic jam on the M40 just before Christmas!
