Hello, I use computer mainly for stocks with 4 screens which of one is 4k. My computer laggs a lot even with only 2 screens one 4k one 1080p.

Do I need a new computer or should this work?

This is during fullscreen video on 4k while another screen on, stutters a lot. Also using stocks charts for trading on all the screens and with lots of indicators and action I get the same effect, heavy laggs.

Would really appreciate info on the bottleneck and tips. Thanks

gpu

ssd

both at 90%+ usage would point to the problem.
also how much ram do you have?
what about gpu friend? I thought my computer will bottleneck if I use better gpu

Yess I've noticed this, ssd should not show 90%+?

Sorry forgot to mention, it's 8gb

yes, but currently it looks like your gpu is the bottleneck (its >90% whilst your cpu sits at 0-48%), so one way to reduce the stuttering is to improve the gpu

98% = 98% utilisation. ssds prefer to have 50% utilisation, max 75% so that the garbage collection algorithms can work.
getting a bigger ssd is a surefire way to improve performance.

that may or may not be enough. you haven't provided any info to determine.

Well.. Maybe for video viewing, but that is the least of my problems will not watch 4k video just for demonstration with similar laggs. I get heavy laggs with all charts but my gpu stays under 40% on both memory and load, 6gb of 8gb used, processor around 35% steady. Not sure what can be causing the laggs but I would guess that the processor/memory simply isn't fast enough to handle all the things going on at once. About 30 windows on a 4k screen and another screen. Still software issue just ssd too filled?
I tried to find another ssd to try, but couldn't find it to test.
Only software/ssd problem or could be too slow cpu?

Have you the correct drivers installed? Not the crap microsoft supplies with windows update but the proper drivers from Nvidia?
If your running the MS ones then you can start there as they wont help.

Try swapping the 4k monitor to use display port
Hdmi 1.4 cannot output 4k60
Yes it can actually, i've checked the hz it says 60 hz with hdmi. I do not think there is anything wrong with cable, as I explained it laggs on the non 4k aswell, it's heavy load lagg, not screen issue.

i upgraded 16gb 3000mzh and i7 latest it is no longer lagging, same graphics card
i also emtied ssd to half, but a reinstall probably wouldnt hurt
