This is my build -

In the best case scenario I would use my x52 as intake on the front but my gpu is too long and prevents the radiator from fitting at the front.
I currently have my radiator at the top, as an exhaust and 2 140mm fans on the front for intake.
I'm going to install a 3rd exhaust fan at the back, but this would create a negative air pressure and I've heard that its bad. What would the best configuration be for me?

I forgot to mention that the 3rd would exhaust would be a 120, like my radiator fans. So i'd have 3 120 exhaust and 2 140 as intake

2 of your exhausts are restricted by AIO so wont be moving as much air as the intakes, just make sure the intakes run at a higher speed as the 3 exhausts and 3rd unrestricted exhaust at the back at the lowest speed because the ones on the X52 need to cool your CPU

Running no rear exhaust at all is an option but I found previously it pulls air over VRMs and keeps them a bit cooler than without

At a guess the problem is airflow through top of case .. common problem with Evolv ATX. Try removing the top of case. There are a 2 screws in front and 2 screws in back at top that need to be removed and top will unclip and come off. Try with top off and with top just setting on the clips.

Try unplugging rear fan and see if that might help. About half the time it does. ;)
