This is wrong. Alpha males are ones who live their life by way of the sword, dress sharply in a fedora, fingerless gloves and a witty t-shirt. They don't waste time with silly pursuits like physical conditioning, they train their minds by watching youtube videos, reading books my Richard Darkins and ruthlessly destroying people on the internet.

Alpha male is just a buzz word for high status males.
There have always been high status males. Whether they are tribal chiefs of old, the high school football captain, whatever. It depends on the circles that men exist in. There is usually always a pecking order. Internet losers just insist that they are one of them.

Under this though there really is a growing gender distrust. People at a company I worked at men asked for a chaperone to meetings with women as they we're so afraid of being accused of sexual assault or misconduct. Can't say I blame them either.

There may not actually be a pizza day, but we had Cornish pasty day the other week. The prices were just normal prices. What's the point in that...

This thread is amazing. OP tries to show his outrage and instead simply displays his ignorance. Then, from over the hill, the cavalry of the love-children of Reddit's TRP and MRA come to the rescue, trying to muster some support and displaying their alpha-male prowess. However, the world looked on and laughed at the pop-psychology that is widely used to sell "Get rich babes fast" books/upvotes and they faltered.
