Is this spec worth £700

Hi,
Someone has offered me their pc for £700 (doesn't use it much)

Im a bit behind with pc specs but it has the following:

Intel Core i7-7700
GEFORCE GTX 1070
ASUS H110M-R
16gb HyperX Fury DDR4 2133mhz
120GB SSD
1TB HHD

Looks good value but unsure about buying a used pc

Look at the cost of gtx 1070 and will tell you as much

It's about £800/1000 to build solid gtx 1060

given how much a 1070 is an how much a 7700 still goes for id say its fair, whats the power supply?

for comparison, i just saw on facebook a similar build but with a 500w gold psu and a gtx 760 for £500

nothing wrong with going used other than paying over the odds and hoping the product lives up to its description.

Not sure on brand etc.. But its 550W
