What watch do you wear?

My Seiko 5 snk807k2 came through from creation watches. No mention of customs, they declared it as a gift.

Got away with it?

Strange colour for black bay bronze!

Just seen this on the timeline, found it quite interesting, didn't realise NOMOS were pre Bauhaus even.

Any hints of price on the new SMP? Assume there will be an increase.

Not sure about the wave dial, I like the smoothness and depth of the dial on my current SMP, but the new movement and caseback I like.

I think moving the date window to 6 o clock looks ok on this one, didn't like it when they Did it on the AT.

I find Omegas are getting increasingly gimmicky and less classical looking. The grey model looks toy-like to my eye, almost swatch-like in its borderline offensively contrasting colour scheme and oversized markers. They also wear extremely tubby on the wrist and this new model looks like it's not going to be any thinner. I also don't like the De Ville range... they are somehow far less elegant in design than comparable watches from JLC, Zenith, IWC etc etc.

There are imo better brands to put money on these days.

No idea on the new price.
I’m with you on the depth of the glossy dial on the current one – it’s so lush.

:: EDIT ::

The new SMP price starts from around £3280, so a small increase on the out going model.

The 39mm Black Bay 58 is very interesting. Been holding off buying a BB as I find it too big and tall for my small writs.

This new 39mm may just be it.
Ohhhh that is lovely and with a new version of the in-house movement... the case is 11.9mm thick, same as a Longines Hydroconquest! Ok it's still not a "dress watch", but it will go under most shirt cuffs and will look smart yet masculine on the wrist. Must... resist... https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/tudor-black-bay-fifty-eight-introducing

it's a shame Tudor still cant make any decent dress watches as their killer range of watches are pretty much only the Black Bay and Pelagos series.
