How do I work out the volume of liquid to order for a custom cooling loop?

I have a CPU, Motherboard VRM, and Graphics Card coolers with 3* 140 by 45mm radiators.

I'm also using 10/12 soft tubing.

The biggest part of coolant is inside the radiators and reservoir, radiator makers have this information on their site usually, for reservoir it should be the same.
And whatever is left should do about 0.5 to 1l depending on the lenght of tuning and such.

Should be 0.5L for the radiators - I'll get 2L for the loop, and a bit more for flushing out the rads & leak testing prior to installation. Cheers!

I would just pick up some deionised water in Tesco for flushing... £1.50 for 2.5 litres. Get a few litres for filling and left over you can just keep.

If you’re in an area with half decent water and not full of limescale, nothing beats the kitchen tap for a bit of rad rinsing. A shower hose also works well for directing water pressure.

1L of fluid should be plenty for your loop but it’s handy to have an extra bottle just in case you spill some and/or need to do some maintenance later.

Sadly I'm near the bottom of the water-table, just above the sea - I've read that distilled water can absorb carbon dioxide turning it slightly acidic?
