Hello there my name is Piter.
Iam looking for a stable, graphically efficient computer for about 2 years.
Price is only for box, no worries about monitor, key, mouse.
Iam sending screen of some parts, which i configure by myself, anyway Iam looking for graphic around 8gb minimum (i know they re more expensive but i dont want any lower spec)

Looks OK, assuming you have a case, keyboard, mouse, and monitor already.
If you put them in your basket you can press the bbcode button under the basket and copy and paste that.

can we swap anything to get any graphic better one?

playing at 4k or 1440p 144hz ? if so i5 6 core overclocked to 4.8ghz will be fine for gaming
half the SSD

If you are buying the parts from your original post, then just consider changing the board for a cheaper one as I mentioned above. That way you can fit a 1080 ti in if you wanted.

I would also swap out the M.2 SSD for a standard SATA such as the TeamGroup one above or a Samsung 850/860 EVO or Crucial MX500. Everything else on your list looks ok.

ive heard, absolutely no gigabyte boards because it's asking for problems and also ram 2400mhz will slow down .. thinking about ryzen 5 ?>?

Gigabyte boards are fine. I have never had a problem with them over the years. Also there is a Gigabyte rep who posts on the forum if you had any problems.

If you want Ryzen then that is also fine. An R5 1600 and a good B350 board with 3000MHz - 3200MHz ram. If you don't want Gigabyte then the Asus B350-F Strix would be a good choice to go with the R5 1600.

thats all really hard to sort it out at all ... I try to find something after joint opinions, becouse I dont really know computer specifications..I do not want to buy garbage or poorly efficient equipment
