Motherboard RMA

As it's a Asus board that means it has to be returned through the place of purchase for the whole of the warranty period so it depends where you bought it from. If it's from OCUK then I believe they have a express RMA system with Asus. If from anywhere else I would guess anything up to 28 days. Don't let the place you bought it from fob you off and tell you that you have to go through the manufacturer. That is not the case with Asus as they do not deal with the end user.

It was from OCuk. Also by 'express RMA system' do you mean it could be as short as a day or something?

I don't think it's quite that quick but I believe that once OCUK recieves the board they test it and if found faulty they issue a replacement, something like that anyway. I can't find the original post that Gibbo made in the Latest news section at the top of the forum when they fisrt set the service up.

Asus gold account , I think it's somewhere along the lines if the thing is dead , no Tests what so ever can give it life then I believe OCUK will issue replacement and stock if covered via Asus UK . Might of changed, haven't used Asus Distributor this year and this applies to them.
If it's a fault it normally goes for repair
