New gaming PC build

New gaming PC build
£1000 budget. Don’t need a monitor, operating system or peripherals. Would prefer to a have an SDD as a main drive However I already have an HDD that I can use for the bulk of my storage. 1080p gaming and some RGB lighting would be lush. What can I do for my money?

EDIT (RGB): Looking at the below specs, swap the Hyper 212X in this build for a Raijintek Leto RGB CPU Cooler for an extra £2 - if that's enough RGB enough for you (this is a very compact case so should be enough) - could swap the case fans for some RGB ones and do a slightly cheaper mobo and PSU to balance the budget if 1K is hard limit.​
