Wetherby services has 7 outlets of Costa!!!

vending machine in the spar one across the road in the petrol station costa cafe 20 meters away from that then another on inside the tesco 50 meters away this is in a small town of under 18000 residents and there is also at least another dozen other options for a coffee within 200 meters. Who drinks all this awful very expensive coffee

Totally ageree Cafe Nero is by far the best coffee and hot chocolate imo. Always the quietest and the most well presented inside aswell in terms of decor and cleanliness.
Starbucks is Ok but I absolutely despise Costa. Any Costa I have ever gone in is full of chavs with unruly kids or the tables are full of cups and rubbish from the last customer. Costa seems to be the new hangout instead of McDonald’s for council estate mothers spending there dole money and wanting free WiFi. Costa also seem to be taking over they are even in other shops like Next etc now aswell. My town has far more of them than any other chain.
 
Also a free coffee from Nero from O2 priority occasionally. Right now it's free cake with 2 coffees, who doesn't like free cake!

The government, that's who. Rest assured that they will look into this "free cake" scam and hit it with some more tax. Plus your doctor said "Have a salad".
 
Is it generally considered not hipster enough if you buy a coffee that isn't from a big brand like Costa/Starbucks/Cafe Nero etc?
 
As you haven't stated what it is that you think should be done about it, I am going to assume you want more of the same. I'll file a petition with the owners of Wetherby services to open more.

It has become apparent that there are not enough Costa Coffee outlets at your Wetherby Services location.

There are members of the local community that are of the persuasion that 7 outlets are not enough, and feel so strongly about this issue that they have taken it upon themselves to write angrily on an internet forum about the matter.

I urge you to consider opening more outlets to address this issue.

I thank you for your time and await eagerly for more Costa Coffee outlets.
