78 year old pensioner targetted for revenge

Just for the record, not all gypsies are scum as everyone thinks. I work with a couple of gypsy brothers and they are the nicest and most hard working people you will ever meet.
It's like the chavs in our society, there is always a small few that bring a bad name to the rest of us.

With ****** it's more than just a small few.....it's the majority from my experience.

I have never met one who doesn't seem to be degenerate or feral in some respect
 
So which laws allow them to steal stuff in front of your face and keep it even when police know where it is, shoplift a large anount of goods with kids and get away with it, fly tip at every site they 'travel' to, push over Portaloos that have been provided by the local council for them and defecate in the gardens of people they don't like? Any idea what laws protect them and how can they be amended?

Why do peoples moral compass go out the window when its their friend that is in the wrong?

I can understand his friends being upset about it. But it seems their moral compass went out the window.

Never seen a ***** that isn't a violent, thieving scumbag. I would say the nice ones like you mention are a small minority
 
Ive only met one I liked, and thankfully, he was like the guvnor of the local mob that pitched up round here and kept them largely under control. The rest are thieving, violent, disrespectful dregs of society and it wouldn’t bother me if they were all shipped off to some remote island on the outer Hebrides somewhere, to live like the wildlife they are.

Saw a video on the news this morning of someone pulling down all of the flowers, so that's a start, but probably as far as it will go because of the people the threats are coming from.

It sounds like you’re saying, but you’re probably not saying it, “I’m a chav, some of us are okay, but other chavs make us look bad.”
A chav is a chav is a chav, to be avoided if at all possible, the same goes for ******, but in spades.

The law of, “Yes, I KNOW that a crime is being committed, but I don’t choose to enforce the law that is being broken, and my superiors don’t seem concerned about that, even though they KNOW that the law breaking is being ignored by us, the alleged upholders of the law.
The laws could possibly be helped and amended by making those responsible for turning a blind eye to those law breakers become immediately unemployed.
 
*****'s aren't scumbags, they're just scumbags to us. They treat each other and their families really well, they just don't like people who live in houses, we're basically fair game as far as they're concerned. We have money and jobs, and they don't feel much (any) guilt about stealing from us and exploiting us. That's the reality. We're the mugs.
 
I feel for the police actually, they probably want to get in there and sort these vermin out but too many rules made by social justice hippies and funding being ripped away by those lovely Cons, what the hell can they do? Damned if you do damned if you dont :/

Nonsense, the police hierarchy chose not to prosecute or properly investigate various elements of British society even when they were well funded. it's nothing financial, it's entirely political correctness driven from the top. It's far easier to turn a blind eye and avoid a CV that might be "blighted" by suggestions of racial inequality than it is to face facts that certain elements will be bound to use the race card if confronted and shrug it off. They get fabulous pensions and they put them above controversy.
