Isn't there an EU regulation or directive for minimum warranty period of two years for products sold in the EU market?

It's been a few years since I worked in retail, but it didn't used to apply to items used for business purposes.

Aesthetics are a secondary concern, I'd be happier if they have a realistic & friendly view on heat sink removal. I'm not concerned that the quality will be there.

Just a warning guys ETH seems to be recovering in value, steady rise, however the difficulty time bomb state still has it at very weak profit levels for mining, it would need to get over 1000usd to be reasonable again.
