Samsung B Die, Does 8 Pack have exclusivity ? or are there other makers.

Is 8pack DDR4 the only DDR4 with samsung B Die chips.
only asking for more choices in case i see something cheaper lol

No, it's not an 8-pack exclusive

BUT, it is normally amongst more expensive models and you have to check model numbers of the RAM carefully as some manufacturers use different revision numbers rather than different model numbers. When I was looking for 3200Mhz stuff, C14 stuff seemed to be b-die, c16 not.

Yeah i figured as much, i couldnt be bothered in the hassle so i purchased this stuff...
i just hope its Samsung B Die, and works correctly in a gigabyte 7 Z370 motherboard and runs at SPD

The chips manufactured by Samsung, generally the higher speed capable vs other suppliers like Hynix. The catch is because of that demand is massive, stock is shorter and price is higher...

All 8Pack SKU are only ever B die and from the highest Bin. We selected this when coming up with the spec and SPD for this memory...... Others you get some b die and some junk!!! But mainly junk!!

My Gskill Ripjaws V 3200C14 are Samsung B-die and have been tested and validated at 3333 C14 on C6H/[email protected] all cores. Just for information.

Those Trdent Z RGB modules look cool. The lens diffuses the light really broadly and evenly...hmmm if they are B Die too...

Gskill trident z rgb are in the main but expensive compared to 8Pack dark pro series.

For any system upto 32gb I would go team 8Pack 64-128gb gskill... Or if you need rgb gskill ..
