@GIGA-Man

good afternoon all

I've updated to the latest f23d bios and since its happening if i have to restart pc after say an update i'm getting it crashed then go to bios menu with message boot failed ? I then have to restart it and it boots up fine.
has anyone else had this happen ? Ive been playing pubg fine and had no crashes and temps on comp are all fine
Any help is grateful

cheers mark

if your boot device is an SSD then it should read first boot as "Windows boot Manager" then the SSD Name as 2ND boot
Also, check to see if Raid or AHCI Enabled
updating the bios may of reset an some of the settings if it was changed from the default

Hello Marco,

No this is not something I have had reported before.. I will report it to my HQ, does it happen every time you re-start? Is it random or perhaps when you cold boot the system the issue happens?

O Forgot to say I had loss of connection on 2 my SATA ports when I had the AX370 Hardware Faults on PCI-EXPRESS ports 5 & 6, could try SATA ports 0,1,2,3:)

it only seems to have done it on a system restart i.e when you have to reboot from accessing easy tune and adjusting profile

Have you made sure the GIGABYTE app centre and eazy tune are the latest versions? These should be B18, if you still have the issue and those version installed I will chase my HQ R&D.

afternoon sir

right still having same problem when having to restart after software update, image is enclosed. I have done a test and gone back to f22b bios and done a manual restart and its seems to have booted up fine after a restart. I will keep track and see if it is all resolved by doing flash back.
I hope this information helps in improving and no damage has occured
