Custom made PSU cables

Hi, I am starting doing my first WC system. I will need custom made cables (not looking for already made cables as I would like them in a custom lenght) for my needs. My friend told me he will help but as he is very busy now, I can't put more presure on him. Is anyone willing to help with my issue? I live in Liverpool so delivery cost need to be added.
Main colour black with some orange accents.
 
It's quite a lot of labour but there are a couple of popular small traders doing it. One is called To The Wire. I think the best way to find them is on Facebook.

You could save some labour by cutting, sleeving and then recrimping existing PSU cables.

That is what I was thinking about. What sleeving would you recommend?
 
The standard trick is to use para-cord sleeving & heat-shrink crimp it - there are so nice patterns out there - get a small amount to test it'll work before you order a large amount.

You don't want to be stuck with 50m of slightly-the-wrong-size-and-shade paracord.
 
Any ideas where can I get these in UK? I can't find anyting on google.
