8700K Max Safe Voltage for 24/7 Use ?

Hey 8Pack, What would the maximum safe voltage be for 24/7 use on an 8700K please ?

I'd ask in the main overclocking thread but I know I'd get 50 different replies

Delid 1.425 no problem on 240aio or above.

Awesome thank you, Question though, How detrimental is having manual volts compared to adaptive volts to CPU longevity ?

I mean you change every ten minutes so why you wasting time asking this ???? ^^ Certainly fine for 5 years in our comparison results to Intel... We dont have data for longer.

Just curious is all, And I get bored of hardware easily hence the changing out when something new and shiny comes along
