So many salty people in this thread, if you're so not interested in the Royal wedding that you feel the need to make several comments in the thread mentioning how so silly the monarchy is/how you're so not interested etc... then perhaps you'd be better off just reading other threads.
 
Well I watched it, switching between Sky, ITV and the BBC largely to avoid moronic commentary. I must admit I did enjoy it and thought that the ceremony was well delivered and sensitive, for a state level wedding anyway. Not too much pomp with a lot of people from every background obviously enjoying themselves.

Britain does do these occasions very well, I won't say the best as that would be being too elitist, however we do have all the necessary ingredients, traditions, smart military turnout, vehicles varying from new to 200 years old, venues up to 1000 years old, previous incumbents buried under the nave of the church etc.

My best wishes to the happy couple :)
 
I didn't watch the wedding but I can tell from looking at them that they aren't a good match and she will be his downfall. A bit like Robb Stark in Game of Thrones.

Nothing that has effected me in anyway in fact bar a couple of hiccups in booking when I had a bout of kidney stones I believe the NHS is doing a fine job for a "free" service in my area.
However where I live there is a lot of talk regarding Withybush hospital in Pembrokeshire closing and a super hospital being built in Narberth I live in the middle so it won't effect me.

In terms of looks he's punching well above his weight, and unlike Kate she appears to actually have a rack, so fair play to him :p

You should put a bet on it if you are so sure.

On Thursday I was doing a photoshoot in Richmond Park when randomly out of nowhere this old woman from Middle Eastern or African (or somewhere) on a walking stick came up to us in started talking in a really thick accent that none of us could understand.

After a few sentences it was clear she was taking about the Royal Wedding, then slowly we get what she was talking about "Harry shouldn't marry that bitch", and he should marry a white English Girl. We were gobsmacked on this strange woman on a walking stick walked about 100m away from where ever she was to have this racist rant.

"Whatever makes them happy" I said.

And she further went on calling her a bitch and slowly walked away.

It is strange people have strong feelings on people they don't know.

Can't you start your own thread and go whinge in there? This thread is for people who are able to enjoy such things. Clearly you lack this ability so maybe it's best you have your own little soapbox?
