If your saying that charcol bbq is better than an outside gas oven however then i agree.

That still makes zero sense. I had a bbq this afternoon at my in laws who have a gas bbq and it tastes like food from the oven.

I use a charcoal bbq and have obviously eaten at other other peoples bbqs using coal and its vastly superior tasting.

Gas or not. It cooks. And the food will no doubt taste great.

I have my steaks well done, so gas or charcoal makes no difference to me.

A charcoal bbq is just hassle too. Getting rid of the ash. And just generally keeping it clean. Getting it going and up to heat also takes longer.
