I don't think it's to watch later, maybe 10-20% of people are like that. I think most people will be recording it to fuel the curse that is social media.

Something similar happened at a local car accident, not sure if those people phoned 999 but they were prosecuted for filming, not sure what law this comes under?

I presume they got prosecuted for not calling 999, rather than illegally filming in a public space as there is no law

some of them are either super heros or dumb as **** . watched a great documentry on whiteshark attacks.guy telling the story was only about ten.when a 10ft whiteshark literally on the beach swallowed him up to the waste.the life guards came out to help the kid.the only thing the kid could do was bite it on the nose ! :eek:

which my god imagine. the guards run in thinking the whiteshark has gone and go to pick him out but the kid shouts its still here ! :eek:

they grabbed the shark and pulled it on to the beach smashed it on the head saved the kid. :cool:

just imagine though putting hands down into the water to lift him out and thinking sharks gone and then you feel its head and body
