Laptop for Sims 4? (and other less demanding games)

I started a thread elsewhere here about trying to speed up my partners aging system however I want to weigh up my options.

She mainly uses it for the internet, managing photos, and playing Sims 4 and it's expansions. She added one on yesterday and has been hit by the realisation that her laptop has pretty much had it. So slow.

So just after suggestions really on a laptop suitable for the above on a budget ;)

Any advice welcome

At that sort of money, I'd really try and find something with a GTX 1050 or one of the new intel CPUs with Vega Graphics (not sure what price they're like).

There's also the MX150, but there have been some issues with the consistency of the specs of them - some laptops have stated they use one, but performance charts suggest otherwise...
