Hi All,

I'm looking to purchase some uprated suspension for my 2006 WRX STi Impreza. I've already posted in the "who owns a subaru section" Thisis more to get a feel of recommended Brands in gneral.

Obviously i'm wantingbetter handling but also comfort not wanting a harsh bumpy ride.

ATM ive seen

Tein Flex Z Coilovers
Or
MeisterR ZetaCRD+ Coilovers

which represent good value as they are damper adjustable aswell as height. Before seeing these i was also looking at either the Eibach Pro Stree S or Blisten B14

Quite a few of the GT86/BRZ owners use Tein I think, but never tried them myself. I was also casually looking around for some.

Damper adjustable ones are worth having tbh as you can tune the ride to how you like it.

I had BC racing coilovers on mine as my main requirement was to be no harsher than the OEM stuff as i was using it daily at the time, lots of people don't seem to rate them that highly but i find them fine for road use and did about 10 track days with them and found them fine. I believe they're the same as MeisterR's and several others, it's just 1 factory in china that churns them out for various people with different colour top mounts.

i have KW V1s on the S2000. its a great choice for easy setup, minimal maintenance and only a little more than el cheapo crap coilovers.

I put Tein springs on a yaris T-Sport back in the day and was impressed. Those combined with bilstein dampers were the recommended go to setup.
