Is the graphics card dead?

My dad's computer is showing these green lines. He first noticed it when he opened any type of game, it would show these green artifacts on the screen and freeze the computer / screen goes black.

Now its stuck in some sort of boot loop where it won't boot into windows anymore. Here's an example of what it looks like in the bios:

Anytime the pc now boots up, it'll just go onto automatic repair, but not actually repair it.

Help appreciated.

Graphics card is the gtx 760
 
Yeah I say Vram but as suggested try onboard GPU if ya have one.

Also try a different cable EG HDMI,VGA etc and also try that in a different port on the monitor.

But does look like bad GPU :(
 
Yeah, computer is fine with onboard. He's gone ahead and ordered a new graphics card. Card is pretty old now, was my old one, so it's probably had it.
