Day trip to Wales

Two posts above this one :) Sorry for the delay :p
Took a while. :p

You could string both of those route together fairly easily which would make more of day of it and the A4069 is worth going on just to say you've done it, it's a bit of fun but 40 limit and not really one you want to open it up on anyway.

Dislocated my pelvis two days ago ... Still recovering. If I cannot drive I will come as a passenger with a 370z Nismo.

Ouch!

Well I am tempted to come along in the mk2 Golf, could be a bit of fun and I've not given it a run out for ages, will need to know times and start point(s) though.

Will confirm times and final route by mid day tomorrow if that's ok when I also see 100% that I am better. But the routes above seem like a good idea.
Most likely starting time will be 8am from Warwick.

Will bring my dslr for some nice photos

You all make this sound fun. I am driving down this weekend visiting family. Gower is a pretty place. The M25 and M4 will be dull. Toll bridge will at least be vaguely interesting with new rear tyres.

I have to do that journey (in the opposite direction) later on today. In the girlfriend's old slk :(

Anyway time to go for a quick blast!!

Cool, well it's roughly 3 hours drive from Warwick to Brecon and roughly 2 from Bristol to Brecon so if you know which route you'll be focusing on as a starter then myself (and others such as @wingman ) will be able to work out when we'd need to be able to leave to meet up at the same area in Wales. :)

I tend to always take my camera on drives too, then forget to use it / barely use it. :D

The best laid plans... My back got worse and I am back in bed so I won't make it tomorrow ...

For me the trip will be postponed to Saturday, 28th unfortunately (first post edited accordingly).
