Ten most valuable things you own

My life
My health

Everything else is just a bonus.

I would add:

Family
Friends
Owning my own home and garden
The knowledge to prepare and cook food to a good standard
Access to the coast, being 2 minutes from the beach
Internet access
My free time
My citizenship and the rights I inherited from being born here

I've found myself becoming more minimalist so I've sold pretty much everything I had that was worth any real money. It'll make moving house very easy indeed. :)

So for me, probably:

1) House
2) TV/Home Cinema setup
3) Flying kit
4) Piano
5) Furniture
6) Gaming setup

Everything else is worth naff all, including the car. I just don't feel the need to make impulsive purchases or buy expensive crap anymore. I just save and invest pretty much all of my disposable income now. I don't really "want" anything material right now.

Im getting like this. I certainly dont need any more possessions. But for me it makes me less keen to aquire more 'money'.
Obviously need to buy a house but apart from that (and retirement) dont really need to stress.
But this means I don't really push in career. But thats probably because I don't love what I do.

1. House
2. Main car
3. Engagement ring
4. Rangemaster cooker
5. Sofa 1
6. Sofa 2
7. Oak Dining table
8. Rose & Grey apothecary chest
9. TV
10. 2nd car

I guess most of that isn't very valuable on the 2nd hand market, though. Especially sofas.

1. Pioneer DDJ-SX2
2. Longines flagship watch
3. 4K telly
4. Asus laptop
5. iPhone 8 Plus
6. Gaming PC
7. PS4 pro
8. iPad Air 2
9. Nvidia shield
10. Sonos play 3

Quite a depressing list really, no house, no car.

1. House
2. Wifes car
3. My car
4. My #1 project car
5. My guitars and associated music stuff
6. Lawnmower
7. My #2 project car
It starts to get hard after this as it's just general household stuff
8. Maybe our dining table
9. mountain bike
10. my computer perhaps, cobbled together 3rd gen i7's systems in early 2000's beige cases are worth loads right?

1. House
2. Flat my parents live in
3. Flat I rent out
4. Nissan 350z currently for sale
5. Honda CRV, old current car used while renovating No.1 on list
6. Watch
7. Wedding ring
8. MacBook
9. Phone
10. TV

Wifes engagement ring would probably be mid point on the list and the buggy/pram thing that my daughter is transported about in is worryingly probably on there too somewhere.

Do the people who don't have a house on the list but instead have lots of relatively high value tech on there ever intend on having a house on the list?

Genuine question not a dig, I'm wondering whether there are people who never intend on owning a house and therefore spend more on other possessions.
