Skull and crossbones wall mural in child's treatment room at hospital

Was having a wander round the children's part of an A&E yesterday and looked in to one of the treatment rooms. Low and behold I was greeted with a massive skull and crossbones wall mural adorning the far wall... Does anyone think this is really inappropriate as being in a hospital it does make one's mind immediately think of death? I get that they may have been going for a pirates of the Caribbean look but to me it fell flat on its face.

Should I complain? Thoughts?

One has to wonder just why he felt it appropriate to wander round a children’s A&E, when it doesn’t seem like he needed to be there, and felt it ok to ‘look in’ to treatment rooms.

Did you have a legitimate reason to be wandering around a childrens ward, or were you compelled to do so out of the hope you'd find something trivial to complain about?

Acquire child, point child to said mural, ask what said child thinks about wall. If they say pirate, realise you're being a sad git
