Hello

I am selling a relatively valuable star wars action figure on ebay. Have allowed international bidding. What is the best way to avoid getting scammed?

Thanks

1. Accept bids from people with 0 feedback.
2. Always agree to post to addresses that don't correspond to the one on the account.
3. It's always best to allow payment through a weird money transfer service you've never heard of.
4. If they insist on Paypal and use an echeque be aware they take some time to clear so you might as well just post the item straight away to avoid forgetting to ship later.

Remember to come back and post about your experience so we can all respond with "lol, you shouldn't have sold on Ebay".

DON'T USE EBAY!! If you must then don't come back on here moaning and bitchin that you have been stung/something has gone wrong.

I hope you have an issue free experience. lol ;)

Have allowed international bidding.

Take this off the auction now! If anything goes wrong then you will have to deal with ebay in the country of the buyer and NOT the UK!

Make sure you have buyer restrictions in place and use only buyitnow with immediate payment option only. Use fully insured and trackable postage.
