Hi Chaps,
My neighbour scraped my car while reversing out of his driveway yesterday causing some damage to rear OS bumper including deep scratches, chips of paint off and a crease in the bumper. He has ofcourse assumed full responsibility.
I have a 67 plate BMW 1 Series Shadow Etd in Estoril blue.
Incident has been reported to my insurer who have marked my policy as 'notification pending' as it looks like my neighbour's insurer (company car) is dealing as he had reported it to his company during the day.
Shouldn't my insurer be making advances towards the neighbours insurer and not wait for the neighbour's insurer to deal?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
