Have you set a fan curve for it in afterburner?
no i havent done that. things get weird when i plug my second monitor in. i have one basic 60hz monitor other is 165hz for gaming seem like when i unpluged it from graphic card temps went down. before that i couldnt set far cry 5 refresh rate to 165 now i can could the second monitor cause problems?

even going in games i got black screen than back to desktop then back in game weird resolutions and lines on the screen both screens did that even got a blue screen from that

I have the same card and when it is under 90%+ utilisation it will hit this temp as its overclocking itself, usually backs off at 83c.
As far as i'm aware all 10** cards will hit this temp on default fan curve.
